Aéropostale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help lead a team, manage store operations, and ensure visual standards are maintained to attract customers and maximize profitability.

You will grow with a dynamic team, leveraging product expertise and company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in apparel or similar volume retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Develop team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division and be accountable for results.
• Ensure store merchandising and operations meet standards.
