Ross Stores is looking for a Store Manager/Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure company standards are met, coach Associates, and drive profitability through effective scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing the team, managing payroll, maintaining store safety, and delivering exceptional customer service through merchandising and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate with Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure adherence to Company standards.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives and comply with regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt Associates.
• Oversee payroll administration and timekeeping compliance.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and conduct safety meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and reinforce merchandising and loss-prevention programs.
