Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Assists in analysis of store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensures scheduling and completion of all Associate tasks, including cleaning and restrooms.
• Manages payroll administration and scheduling to meet objectives.
• Represents Ross with professional image and ensures a clean, easy-to-shop environment.
