The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR, ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) and strong Excel skills. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or related accounting.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes.
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and customer service teams.
• Prepare account reconciliations and reporting for management.
• Support month-end close activities related to AR.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
