InterSolutions is hiring Experienced Apartment Leasing Agents for communities near Baton Rouge. You will play a key role greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins while delivering outstanding customer service.

We offer a fully online hiring process with paid training, career coaching, and industry connections. Weekend work may be required, and leasing software experience is a plus as you help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Experience in leasing, property management, or hospitality is a plus.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospective residents, conducts tours, and identifies housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork including applications, leases, and background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with prospects who haven’t leased.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready with inspections and touches.
• Implement creative marketing techniques to attract residents.
• Manage lease renewals and resident retention.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
