Job summary

Replications, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) on-site at PS 270 The Dekalb School. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and engage with families and partners to deliver enrichment activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with grant-funded programs. This is a part-time, non-exempt position based in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting after-school or youth development programs and understanding grant-funded requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with administration, staff, families, and community partners.
• Coordinate and collaborate with school-based partnerships and services.
• Oversee daily operations of the after-school program to align with grant goals and compliance.
• Coordinate schedules, curriculum, instruction, and assessment to support student achievement.
• Plan and facilitate parent engagement activities and community forums.
• Manage program budget, monitor expenditures, and assist with financial reporting and amendments.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports on performance and progress.
