Job summary

Chess Wizards, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic after-school instructors to bring our chess program to elementary students in Palm Beach, FL. You’ll lead engaging, structured classes, manage a lively classroom, and promote sportsmanship while traveling to local schools. This role offers flexible hours (1–5 classes/week), mileage reimbursement, and full curriculum support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with groups of children in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or camp settings.
• Ability to lead a class independently and create interactive, fun sessions.
• Professional, positive demeanor and kid-friendly approach.
• Strong understanding of safety and school policies during activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students.
• Use structured curriculum to teach chess fundamentals and sportsmanship.
• Manage a lively classroom with positivity and confidence.
• Travel to various local school sites for each session.
