Job summary

Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel Inc is seeking an Admin to support branch sales and rental operations at our Little Rock, AR location. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and customers, handling tag/title applications, maintaining files, and supporting credit and collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced office/administrative role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new applications quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a truck/trailer or heavy-duty equipment dealership is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tag and Title procedures a plus.
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to branch sales and rental operations.
• Receive, process, and create purchase orders.
• Follow up with vendors and customers for missing invoices and statements.
• Support credit and collections activities.
• Process vehicle tag and/or title applications for dealership sales.
• Maintain insurance certificates for on-rent trailers; assist with insurance claims for damaged trailers.
• Interface with the sales and rental team, as well as other branch locations as needed.
• Maintain customer, vendor, and trailer files.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
