Job summary

Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel Inc in North Little Rock, AR is seeking an Administrative professional to support branch sales and rental operations. You will handle purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and insurance-related tasks while coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a fast-paced office setting, excels in multitasking, and communicates clearly with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced office/administrative role.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to branch sales and rental operations.
• Receive, process, and create purchase orders.
• Follow up with vendors and customers for missing invoices and statements.
• Support credit and collections activities.
• Process vehicle tag and/or title applications for dealership sales.
• Maintain insurance certificates for on-rent trailers and assist with claims.
• Interface with sales and rental teams and other branches as needed.
• Maintain customer, vendor, and trailer files.
• Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Assist sales with additional administrative tasks as requested.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
