Ohio University in Athens, Ohio seeks adjunct instructors for the Mechanical Engineering Department to teach or co-teach undergraduate courses. Courses range from 1 to 3 credits and may be face-to-face or online.

Adjuncts are typically hired for a specific course in a given semester and may participate in grading, assessments, and student support. Positions are temporary, filled from a rolling pool for spring/summer 2027 and fall/spring 2027-2028.

Formación

• Master's degree in engineering, science, or technology by start date.
• Relevant practical experience related to a specific course.
• Doctoral degree in engineering, science, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead class sessions and grade student work.
• Participate in course assessment activities.
• Respond to student questions in a timely manner.
