Job summary

Lakepoint Villa Assisted Living is seeking an Activities Supervisor to plan, implement and oversee the residents' activities program. You will collaborate with activities staff to create a diverse calendar for all care levels, fostering resident leadership and participation.

The role requires energy, creativity, and strong communication. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license are required; college degree in Recreation Therapy or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree in Recreation Therapy or Human Services preferred.
• Two years of equivalent work experience in the field preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and oversees the activities program for residents.
• Creates a multi-faceted daily/monthly calendar for all care levels.
• Transports residents to activities and events in the community.
• Establishes community partnerships to offer varied programming.
• Manages supplies and coordinates with staff and volunteers.
