Job summary

PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking an Activities Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities across our day programs in Cadiz Township, OH.

You will implement activity plans, coordinate transportation, manage the activities calendar, and supervise program staff to ensure safe, meaningful engagement. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical.
• Current Driver's License required.
• Criminal Background verification required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work with adults with Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation needs to events and activities.
• Submit daily attendance and activity reports.
• Maintain Activity budgets and calendars.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in working order.
• Supervise Activities staff and maintain proper staff ratios.
• Document program activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and community relations.
• Develop partnerships with community vendors for activity planning.
