Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an Activities Assistant to support residents with scheduled programs and engagement activities. This full-time role requires a positive attitude, ability to work with others, and basic computer skills.

Shifts include 10:30am–6:30pm or 12pm–8pm, with every third weekend required, in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include supervising activities, tracking attendance, decorating for holidays, and coordinating with nursing and administration as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate with nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
