West Noble School Corporation seeks a dedicated 5th Grade Teacher to lead a self-contained classroom for the 2026-2027 school year. You will plan and deliver instruction across Reading/Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, preparing students for middle school.

Qualifications

• Education and licensure required: Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and valid Indiana teaching certificate for Grade 5.
• Strong knowledge of 5th-grade standards and child development.
• Experience with data-driven instruction and curriculum planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver standards-based lessons across ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners including ELLs and students with IEPs/504s.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and adjust teaching.
• Collaborate with special education staff, ELL teachers, and counselors to support all learners.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and behavior notes; communicate with families.
