Qualifications

• Active and current Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Experience in a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and supervise students in various settings.
• Pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience working in urban environments.
