Responsibilities

• Implement a well-rounded program that develops youth through school and community-based programs.
• Recruit and train volunteers and leaders to work with youth.
• Utilize and develop councils, advisory groups, and committees around leadership, community involvement, local government, and community economic development.
• Support dissemination of useful information on Agriculture, Family Consumer Sciences, 4-H and Community and Rural Development as outlined in Kentucky statutes.
