Job summary

The Clarke County School District is seeking a Teacher to support the instructional process by guiding classroom learning and delivering instruction in line with curriculum guidelines. You will develop lesson plans, supervise students, and collaborate with colleagues and administrators to address instructional needs.

You will communicate student progress to parents or guardians, participate in meetings, and document progress while maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid teaching certificate in the assigned teaching field.
• Ability to adapt instruction and collaborate with staff to meet student needs.
• Knowledge of classroom management and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to families and administration.
• Collaborate with staff and guardians to address instructional issues.
• Supervise students in classroom and other areas as assigned.
• Maintain student records and prepare written documentation as required.
• Respond to emergencies and inquiries from parents/guardians.
