Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student pursuing construction management or a similar major
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to commute to Kent's office and area job sites for the duration of the internship
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Safety: guidance from a safety professional to learn best practices in construction
• Craft Experience: gain a perspective on labor, materials, and processes that make up a project
• Field Leadership: develop communication and collaboration between field and office for project delivery
• Project Management/Precon: support office and job site activities to manage projects effectively
