Job summary

Kent Companies offers an undergraduate internship for students pursuing Construction Management (CM), CIM, or related majors. This paid program provides exposure to safety, field leadership, and project management across our nationwide offices in Michigan, Texas, Ohio, and the Carolinas.

You will be mentored and gain hands-on experience on real projects, with weekly pay and a customizable benefits package discussed at hire. Valid driver's license and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing CM, CIM, or similar majors.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Kent Companies offices and sites.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Support safety programs and on-site inspections with guidance from mentors.
• Assist field leadership and coordination between field and office.
• Contribute to project management and preconstruction activities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to labor, materials, and process workflows on real projects.

This internship is for undergraduate students pursuing Construction Management (CM), Concrete Industry Management (CIM), or similar majors.
