Job summary

Local Crafts is hiring a Picker for our Fulfillment team in an on-site role with a 5:30 AM–2:00 PM schedule. You will accurately pick customer orders through a manual process and maintain a steady pace to meet daily goals, while following established procedures and ensuring accuracy.

From our own workshops to trusted partners around the globe, we design and curate products makers reach for every day: the fabrics, threads, yarns, and tools that turn ideas into finished pieces.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Picker to join our Fulfillment team. In this hands-on role, you'll accurately pick customer orders using our current manual picking process while maintaining an efficient pace. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, follows established processes, and takes pride in getting orders right.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

Additional Information

• Work arrangement and schedule: On-site; Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Target hourly salary: $16.00 - $19.00
