Job summary

Local Crafts is hiring a dependable Picker to join our Fulfillment team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manually pick customer orders with accuracy, maintain a steady pace, and follow standardized procedures to ensure correct items and on-time delivery.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, early morning shifts, with comprehensive benefits and employee discounts across all Local Crafts brands.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a consistent picking pace.
• Comfort with a manual picking process; RF scanners are not currently used.
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety expectations.

From our own workshops to trusted partners around the globe, we design and curate products makers reach for every day: the fabrics, threads, yarns, and tools that turn ideas into finished pieces.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Picker to join our Fulfillment team. In this hands-on role, you'll accurately pick customer orders using our current manual picking process while maintaining an efficient pace. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, follows established processes, and takes pride in getting orders right.

What You'll Do

Additional Information

• Work arrangement and schedule: On-site; Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Target hourly salary: $16.00 - $19.00
