Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards and drive safe operations across the team.
• Plan, monitor, and coach to meet production targets and schedules.
• Eliminate waste and improve safety, quality, cost and efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain workflow and reporting.
• Collaborate with Launch/Product Engineering on new product requirements.
• Maintain quality by stopping when standards are not met and enforce stop-call-wait.
• Record production data, SPC forms, and process metrics.
• Support Kaizen and lean initiatives across the dept.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
