Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent credential.
• 3–5 years of radiologic technologist experience.
• Wisconsin radiographer licensure and ARRT Radiography registration.
• CBDT certification or NCCA CBDT accreditation within one year of hire.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross (or able to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Perform bone densitometry procedures under supervision of a Radiologist.
• Operate department imaging equipment and ensure patient preparation and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling, record keeping and retrieval related to bone densitometry services.
• Administer medications as required and per policy.
• Receive verbal orders from licensed practitioners and document them accordingly.
