Job summary

The DX Engineer in the Metals Department at Samsung Austin Semiconductor updates how we handle data and tools on the fab floor. They build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and interaction tools to keep systems secure, stable, and running with minimal manual intervention.

They collaborate with equipment and process engineers to identify improvements, turning pain points into automated solutions that catch quality issues faster and improve overall yield.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and interactive tools.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage health of digital tools (dashboards, apps, scripts).
• Deliver full-stack solutions including database design and web apps.
• Write clean, modular code for data ingestion and analytics.
