Job Summary

As a DX Associate Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving business solutions through effective analysis and collaboration. You will leverage your expertise in Personas and Journey Mapping SQL and various collaboration tools to enhance user experiences and streamline processes. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Utilize Personas and Journey Mapping techniques to develop user-centric solutions that enhance customer experiences.
• Apply SQL skills to extract manipulate and analyze data for informed decision-making and process optimization.
• Manage requirement lifecycle effectively ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate stakeholder management by maintaining clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
• Employ Confluence and Sharepoint for efficient documentation and collaboration across teams.
• Leverage whiteboarding tools to visualize concepts and drive innovative solutions.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing project tasks ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business growth and improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of project progress addressing any challenges proactively.
• Support hybrid work model ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity across remote and in-office environments.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 30 May 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between 70,000- $81,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
