Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years of legal documents and/or legal advocacy (required).
Demonstrated leadership, presentation, and organization skills (required).
1–2 years of project coordination or management experience (preferred).
Ability to travel to community events within ICLS service area.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistical operations for DVRO pro bono clinics and related activities.
Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communication.
Maintain volunteer records, track hours and metrics for grant reporting.
Support client outreach, intake coordination, and distribution of resources.
Develop outreach materials and training logistics; manage project coordination systems.
Provide administrative support to sustain and expand the DVRO Pro Bono Project.
