Qualifications

• Experience practicing law and supervising attorneys.

• Experience with grants and grant reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of legal services through the pro bono program and oversee projects.
• Supervise the pro bono team, including staff training and development.
• Represent ICLS in pro bono initiatives and conferences.
• Coordinate with the Community Engagement Team on partnerships and events.
• Oversee partnership strategy and fundraising opportunities.
• Integrate pro bono across practice groups and expand programs.
• Ensure grant compliance and reporting to funders.
• Oversee grant writing, data collection, and program development.
