We are seeking talented, entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us as Medical Directors in practices we will develop together. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and active veterinary license
• At least 3 years of veterinary experience
• Current DEA license/USDA accreditation or ability to obtain upon hire
• Leadership qualities with experience managing teams and fostering positive clinic culture aligned with our values
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to high-quality medicine and mentorship
