Job Description

We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us as Medical Directors in a practice we will build together. We offer immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost.

We will provide a brand-new building and state-of-the-art equipment to enable you to deliver world-class medicine. Location is entirely flexible—just let us know where you want to build!

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and an active veterinary license
  • 3+ years of veterinary experience
  • Current DEA License / USDA Accreditation or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Leadership qualities with experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with our core values
  • Effective communication skills with a commitment to providing high-quality medicine and mentoring colleagues
