Western Veterinary Partners invites veterinary students to join our externship program across diverse clinics in the United States. This externship enables you to apply classroom knowledge in a real clinical setting and learn from experienced veterinarians.

You will gain hands-on experience, improve communication with clients, and develop skills in case management, diagnostics, and workflows while exploring small animal, mixed practice, dental, and other hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world clinical experience under supervision of a veterinarian.
• Learn client communication, patient histories, and treatment planning.
• Observe and assist procedures and contribute to in-house labs when appropriate.
