Paws & Claws Animal Hospital in Wilmington, NC is seeking veterinary students (1st–4th year) for a paid externship experience designed to enhance education through real-world practice.

We offer 1:1 mentorship, guided externships, flexible scheduling, and future employment opportunities within Alliance Animal Health’s DVM mentor network. Active AVMA-accredited students are encouraged to apply and gain hands-on exposure across clinical care.

Paws & Claws Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary clinic located in Wilmington, NC that cares for cats and dogs, as well as all kinds of exotic animals and local injured wildlife.
