The DVM Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for associate veterinarians and veterinary medical directors across WVP partner hospitals. This role partners closely with operations leaders and hospital teams to understand each practice’s needs, build candidate pipelines, and connect experienced and early-career veterinarians with opportunities that align with their goals.
Success in this role requires hands-on veterinary recruiting experience, consistent sourcing activity, strong follow-through, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring partners. This is a remote position with travel to partner hospitals, recruiting events, and conferences.
This role will require up to 30% Travel. Candidates must have Veterinary Recruiting experience and be based in the Illinois market.

Western Veterinary Partners is a good‑faith estimate based on the role’s requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for bonus and incentive compensation, the terms of which will be provided at the time of offer.
