Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school, licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina.
• Small animal general practice experience; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership; you want to build something, not just work a shift.
• The judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy.
• New grads with a clear ownership ambition are welcome to apply; we'll build a runway to partnership.

Responsibilities
