Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from AVMA-accredited school and SC license or eligibility.
• Experience in small animal general practice with routine surgery/dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership and long-term contribution to the practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical decision making within a two-doctor team.
• Drive ownership through equity stake and long-term growth.
• Set policies on equipment, hiring and scheduling.
