Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school and licensed or license-eligible in Georgia.
• Small animal general practice experience; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership—you want to build something, not just work a shift.
• Judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy.
