Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required; related fields preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in domestic violence or related field.
• Experience delivering direct services to high-risk clients.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care preferred.
• Ability to conduct intakes and assessments.
• Maintain professional boundaries and detailed case files.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to families exposed to domestic violence.
• Perform safety planning, service planning, assessments and link to resources.
• Facilitate groups for survivors of domestic violence.
• Be available to accommodate 24/7 shelter operations.
• Maintain confidential case files and apply trauma-informed practices.
