Family Rescue Inc. is seeking a Full Time Legal Advocate to support adult victims of domestic violence. You will provide advocacy in court, connect clients with essential services, and develop individualized service plans in collaboration with each client and the Program Director.

You will monitor progress, perform crisis interventions, and coordinate with social services, housing, mental health, and legal authorities. Multilingual abilities are a plus, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or degree in social service or related field.
• Associate Degree with 2+ years applicable experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years applicable experience.
• 40-hour domestic violence training within 3 months of hire date.
• CPR/first aid certification within 1 year of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients in court to obtain Orders of Protection.
• Provide follow-up services to walk-in and referred clients.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients.
• Develop Service Plans with each client and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with outside entities for services (social, housing, legal).
• Maintain case management documentation and timely records.
