Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced IAM Architect (DV Cleared) to lead design and delivery of enterprise Access Management across on-prem and cloud environments in a secure, regulated context. The role emphasizes governance, modern IDAM platforms and strong stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has extensive IDAM leadership experience, familiarity with Azure AD, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock and related security standards, with an emphasis on zero trust and cloud transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Access Management.
• At least 5 years operating in an Architecture role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale IDAM solutions.
• Experience in secure, regulated or government-focused environments.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid architectures and modern IDAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale IDAM architectures and strategy.
• Develop secure authentication, authorization and MFA frameworks.
• Design RBAC/ABAC and PAM solutions; governance and entitlement management.
• Define security governance, access lifecycle and compliance strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and produce high-quality documentation.
• Architect cloud- and hybrid-based IDAM implementations across on-prem and cloud.
