Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ technical experience.
• Experience in a government enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and NIST standards.
• Experience with AD/Entra and cloud-based identity services.
• Experience with identity solutions such as Okta, Ping, CyberArk.
• Experience with Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience integrating ITSM workflows (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of large-scale IAM services for a government program.
• Oversee 24x7 worldwide technical operations and modernization.
• Define enterprise IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Develop artifacts, guidance, and metrics for automation and resiliency.
• Mentor and collaborate with senior technical staff and engineers.
