Job summary

AACI is hiring a DV Advocacy Manager in San Jose to lead key components of our domestic violence and anti-human trafficking services. You will oversee the San Jose Family Justice Center program and AACI's anti-human trafficking program, collaborating with Health Center and community partners to create an integrated survivor-support model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in gender-based violence and/or human trafficking.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• State-mandated 80-hour DV/HT training completed.
• Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking Advocate privilege.
• Experience with program operations, grants/contracts, confidential client information, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, social justice, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop advocacy staff for DV/HT services.
• Oversee program operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning for survivors.
• Manage grants and contract deliverables; monitor outcomes.
