Avolta at John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 8 is seeking a Duty Free Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport setting. You will assist shoppers, maintain stock, and operate the register while representing the brand with professionalism.

The position requires flexibility for weekends/holidays, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and at least six months in luxury retail. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, EAP, training, and referral bonuses.

Responsabilidades

• Contributing to achieving store goals using customer service and product knowledge.
• Delivering highest levels of customer service and acting as ambassadors of the brand.
• Maintaining adequate stock and restocking to maximize sales.
• Operate a cash register and process payments, including Credit Card transactions.
• Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues.
• Protect company assets and stock in-store and backroom.
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Duty Free Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills
• Deliver the highest of Customer Service standards that exceeds customer expectations, and act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience
• Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking of the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the store
• Operate a cash register efficiently, including Credit Card transactions
• Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures
• Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
• Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash
• Perform other related tasks as needed
