Qualifications

• Provide support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in the booking process and provide solutions to travel-related questions.
• Resolve issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or travel support is advantageous
