Qualifications

• Native or near-native level of Dutch.
• Excellent English (C1 or higher).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience in customer support, collections, finance or account management.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive conversations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email.
