Mercier Consultancy Group in Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join our premier international recruitment and BPO firm in Athens. You will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients and drive new business opportunities across Europe.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and help achieve ambitious KPIs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English for professional communication.
• EU passport or Greek work permit.
• Experience in customer support or sales is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
