Job description

We are looking for a proactive and reliable remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and English and will be part of our remote support team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues.
3. Accurately document interactions and follow up when needed.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Previous customer service experience preferred.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Please prepare a short video recording (about 1 minute) in both English and Dutch, introducing yourself and explaining why you believe you are a good fit for this role, as this will be requested during your initial interview.

Salary: $5.50 - $6.50 per hour
