Durational Field Archaeologist

Field Archaeologists – R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc.

R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc. has openings for durational field archaeologists. This position will require travel for which single occupancy lodging and per diem reimbursements of $45 per day will be provided.

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Follow direction fromProject Management and Operations Personnel to execute archeological field work within a project area and complete documentation of the field efforts undertaken;

  • Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or a related field;
  • Completed an accredited archaeological field school;
  • Previous fieldwork experience preferred but not required;

  • A valid driver's license.

This position is a durational appointment, ending upon completion of the project. The hourly pay rate is $19.00 - $20.00
