Job summary

Hermon School Department is seeking an Ed Tech II to support a 3–4-year-old special education Pre-K program at Patricia A. Duran Elementary School. You will work with Special Education Teachers, related services, and BCBA to support academic and behavioral goals.

You will assist with IEPs, behavior plans, and progress notes, helping students reach their potential. This position may require before/after school hours for transportation duties.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 60 college credits from an accredited postsecondary institution.
  • Maine DOE CHRC (Criminal History Record Check).
  • Ed Tech II Authorization from the Maine Department of Education.

  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assist with communication, social skills, and safety instruction

What You'll Do as an Ed Tech
