Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Duo PM Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage team by delivering food from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests. You will work under the DUO Management Team with a focus on accurate, timely service in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires at least one year of F&B service, tray handling ability, and the necessary health and safety certifications. Expect a full-time schedule with potential for growth within the hotel.

DUO PM Food Runner

Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the DUO Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
