Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to guide crew members, coach the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and uphold service standards while supporting training and development under the Restaurant Manager. Must be 18+, fluent in English, with reliable teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
