We are hiring immediately for a Full-time position in the Management and Manufacturing industry within the Restaurants sector. As an Entry level role, the Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality, customer service, staff management, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepare and package customer orders satisfactorily.
4. Maintain cleanliness and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
7. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age is 18.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Basic math, written, and verbal skills.
